# Solicitar acceso a una bóveda en Devolutions Cloud

Puede solicitar acceso a una bóveda pública en Devolutions Cloud. Siga los pasos a continuación para completar una solicitud.

1. Conéctese al Devolutions Cloud que contiene la bóveda a la que desea acceder.
2. En el menú desplegable del selector de bóvedas, haga clic en ***Más*** y luego en ***Explorar todas las bóvedas***.
3. Elija la bóveda a la que desea acceder y, a continuación, haga clic en ***Solicitar acceso***.

Al solicitar acceso a una bóveda con Devolutions Cloud, se debe elegir un aprobador de la lista. Solo los administradores o el propietario de una bóveda son elegibles.

4\. Escriba un mensaje breve al aprobador explicando por qué necesita el acceso a esta bóveda. El mensaje es opcional, pero lo recomendamos, ya que permite al administrador o al propietario de la bóveda tomar una decisión más informada. 5. Haga clic en \*\*\*Solicitar\*\*\*.

Ahora debe esperar a que el aprobador responda a su solicitud. Si aprueba su solicitud, la bóveda aparecerá en el menú desplegable del selector de bóvedas junto con las otras bóvedas a las que ya tiene acceso.
