# Fallo de inicio de sesión por un problema de desfase de reloj

Si tiene problemas para iniciar sesión en Devolutions Cloud, el problema podría estar relacionado con que la hora del sistema de su dispositivo no esté sincronizada. Esto se conoce como problema de desfase del reloj (Clock skew) y puede afectar a los procesos de autenticación.

#### Solución

1. Ajuste el reloj de su dispositivo con precisión. Se recomienda sincronizarlo con un servidor de hora de Internet como NTP (Network Time Protocol).
2. Una vez que haya ajustado el reloj, reinicie su navegador o aplicación e intente iniciar sesión de nuevo.
