# Aprovisionamiento de Entra ID

Si la solución proporcionada no resuelve su problema, póngase en contacto con el [equipo de soporte](mailto:service@devolutions.net) con una descripción detallada del error y los registros de aprovisionamiento recientes de EntraID relacionados con el problema.

#### Problema 1 - status":"401","detail":"Invalid SCIM Token"

**Causa**: El token de aprovisionamiento ha caducado. Debe regenerarse desde Devolutions Cloud y reemplazarse en EntraID.

#### Pasos

1. En Devolutions Cloud, vaya a **Administración** - **Autenticación -** **Aprovisionamiento**.
2. Regenere el token.
3. Una vez generado el token, cópielo.
4. Abra la aplicación de EntraID utilizada para el aprovisionamiento.
5. Localice el campo **Secret Token** en la sección **Provisioning**.
6. Pegue el nuevo token en este campo para reemplazar el caducado.
