# Devolutions Gateway (con Devolutions Cloud)

Devolutions Gateway proporciona un puente seguro entre nuestras aplicaciones cliente y sus redes/activos internos, lo que permite conexiones remotas justo a tiempo sin exponer la infraestructura directamente a Internet. Cuando se configura con Devolutions Cloud, las entradas de sesión como RDP, SSH o VNC utilizan Devolutions Gateway para que los usuarios puedan iniciar sesiones de cliente web desde Devolutions Cloud, aplicando permisos basados en roles y auditoría.

Los administradores registran uno o varios gateways en la sección ***Administración – Devolutions Gateway***, validan los certificados y el estado, y después los referencian en la configuración de sesiones y plantillas. Por ejemplo, en lugar de abrir una VPN para cada contratista, puede publicar únicamente Devolutions Gateway y permitir que los contratistas inicien sus sesiones aprobadas desde Devolutions Cloud o Remote Desktop Manager, con todo el tráfico intermediado a través del gateway.
