# Tresorzugriff in Devolutions Cloud anfordern

Sie können Zugriff auf einen öffentlichen Tresor in Devolutions Cloud anfordern. Folgen Sie den untenstehenden Schritten, um eine Anfrage abzuschließen.

1. Verbinden Sie sich mit der Devolutions Cloud, die den Tresor enthält, auf den Sie Zugriff möchten.
2. Klicken Sie im Dropdown-Menü der Tresorauswahl auf ***Mehr*** und dann auf ***Alle Tresore durchsuchen***.
3. Wählen Sie den Tresor aus, auf den Sie zugreifen möchten, und klicken Sie dann auf ***Zugriff anfordern***.

Beim Anfordern von Zugriff auf einen Tresor mit Devolutions Cloud muss ein Genehmiger aus der Liste ausgewählt werden. Nur Administratoren oder ein Tresorbesitzer sind dafür berechtigt.

4\. Schreiben Sie eine kurze Nachricht an den Genehmiger, in der Sie erläutern, warum der Zugriff auf diesen Tresor benötigt wird. Die Nachricht ist optional, wir empfehlen sie jedoch, da sie dem Administrator oder Tresorbesitzer eine fundiertere Entscheidung ermöglicht. 5. Klicken Sie auf \*\*\*Anfordern\*\*\*.

Sie müssen nun warten, bis der Genehmiger auf Ihre Anfrage antwortet. Wenn er Ihre Anfrage genehmigt, erscheint der Tresor im Dropdown-Menü der Tresorauswahl zusammen mit den anderen Tresoren, auf die Sie bereits Zugriff haben.
