# Benutzer erstellen und einladen

Erstellen und laden Sie Benutzer per E-Mail in Devolutions Cloud ein, weisen Sie Benutzergruppen zu und verwalten Sie die Handhabung temporärer Passwörter während der Kontoeinrichtung.

Erstellen und laden Sie Benutzer mit ihrer E-Mail-Adresse in Ihre Devolutions Cloud ein.

#### Benutzer einladen

1. Gehen Sie zu ***Administration – Users***.
2. Klicken Sie auf ***Add users***.
3. Geben Sie die E-Mail-Adresse des Benutzers ein.

Es ist möglich, eine Liste von E-Mail-Adressen von ***Users*** einzufügen, die Teil derselben [Benutzergruppen](/cloud/de/web-interface/administration/management/user-groups.md) sein werden. Jede E-Mail-Adresse muss durch ein Semikolon (;) oder ein Komma (,) getrennt werden.

4. Drücken Sie die Eingabetaste. Dieser Schritt prüft, ob der Benutzer ein Devolutions Account hat:
   * Falls ja, wird das Konto mit Devolutions Cloud verknüpft und der Benutzer erhält eine Einladungs-E-Mail.
   * Falls nicht, wird automatisch ein Devolutions Account mit einem ***Temporary password*** erstellt, dessen Handhabung Sie festlegen können. Sie können verwalten, wie ***Temporary passwords*** gehandhabt werden, unter ***Administration – System settings – General***.
5. Klicken Sie auf ***Next***.
6. Wählen Sie zusätzliche ***Options*** aus.
7. Klicken Sie auf ***Next***.
8. Weisen Sie ***User groups*** zu.

***User groups*** müssen vorab als benutzerdefinierte Gruppe in Devolutions Cloud definiert werden. Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter [Benutzergruppen](/cloud/de/web-interface/administration/management/user-groups.md).

9. Klicken Sie auf ***Send Invite***.

Devolutions Cloud sendet eine E-Mail mit wesentlichen Informationen an die eingeladenen Benutzer: den Link zum Zugriff auf die Devolutions Cloud, die Einladungs-ID und den Schlüssel.
