# Einladung für Auftragnehmer-Benutzer

Auftragnehmer-Benutzer haben eingeschränkten Zugriff auf Ressourcen, laufen automatisch zu einem festgelegten Datum ab, müssen eine E-Mail-Adresse angeben und sind verpflichtet, bei der Anmeldung ein Passwort einzugeben. Dieser Benutzertyp ist praktisch für die Verwaltung externer Devolutions Cloud-Benutzer.

Obwohl Auftragnehmer-Benutzer Zugriff auf [PAM-Funktionen](https://docs.devolutions.net/pam/de/pam-with-devolutions-server) haben, sind sie auf den Modus ***Nur lesen*** beschränkt. Befolgen Sie die nachstehenden Schritte, um einen Auftragnehmer einzuladen.

1. Gehen Sie in Devolutions Cloud zu ***Administration*** – ***General*** – ***Access & authentication*** und aktivieren Sie ***Contractor***.
2. Wechseln Sie dann zu ***Administration*** – ***Users*** und klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche ***Add*** (***+***). Wählen Sie ***Add contractor***

3. Befolgen Sie die in der Benutzeroberfläche von Devolutions Cloud angezeigten Schritte. Beachten Sie, dass ein Ablaufdatum für Auftragnehmer-Benutzer erforderlich ist.
4. Klicken Sie auf ***Send invite***, um den Vorgang abzuschließen. Der zukünftige Benutzer erhält daraufhin eine E-Mail mit einer Einladung, sich mit einem temporären Passwort zu verbinden.

### Wechsel in den kompakten Modus

Da der Benutzertyp Auftragnehmer für externe Benutzer konzipiert ist, haben wir eine vereinfachte Anzeige hinzugefügt, die nur die verfügbaren Sitzungen zeigt. Um dorthin zu wechseln, klicken Sie auf Ihr Profilsymbol in der oberen rechten Ecke der Benutzeroberfläche und wählen Sie ***Switch to compact mode (sessions only)***.
