# Zugriff auf Begleitwerkzeuge

Als Administrator Ihrer Devolutions Cloud können Sie die Nutzung von Begleitwerkzeugen für bestimmte Benutzer, die keine Administratoren sind, deaktivieren oder aktivieren.

Um die Anzahl der Anfragen Ihrer Benutzer zu reduzieren, empfehlen wir, sie zu informieren, bevor Sie ihren Zugriff auf Devolutions Cloud über ihre Begleitwerkzeuge ändern, insbesondere wenn Sie ihren Zugriff deaktivieren.

Diese Einstellungen können in ***Administration – Users*** beim [Erstellen und Einladen eines Benutzers](/cloud/de/web-interface/administration/management/users/create-and-invite-users.md) oder im Nachhinein durch Bearbeiten des Benutzers konfiguriert werden. Dies betrifft nur den Benutzer, für den die Einstellungen geändert wurden.

Der Zugriff auf Begleitwerkzeuge kann separat für die Devolutions Password Manager-Browsererweiterung und -Anwendung konfiguriert werden. Die Einstellungen sind standardmäßig aktiviert.
