# Tags

Tags sind einfache Bezeichnungen, die Sie Einträgen zuweisen, um sie über Tresore und Ordner hinweg zu organisieren, zu filtern und darüber zu berichten. Im Gegensatz zu Ordnerstrukturen kann ein einzelner Eintrag mehrere Tags haben, wodurch sich Elemente einfach nach Projekt, Umgebung oder Eigentümer gruppieren lassen.

Wenn Devolutions Cloud mit Remote Desktop Manager verwendet wird, sind die in Devolutions Cloud zugewiesenen Tags im Client sichtbar und können in erweiterten Suchen, Berichten und Wiedergabelisten verwendet werden. Ein typischer Anwendungsfall ist das Taggen von Einträgen nach Kundenname und Umgebung, sodass Administratoren schnell kundenspezifische Berichte oder Wiedergabelisten erstellen können, ohne die physische Tresorstruktur zu ändern.
