# Benutzerdefinierte Felder

Benutzerdefinierte Felder sind zusätzliche Eintragseigenschaften, die Sie definieren, um organisationsspezifische Daten zu erfassen, die von Standardfeldern nicht abgedeckt werden. Sie können technische Details, Geschäftskennungen oder Notizen enthalten und werden häufig als sensibel konfiguriert, um vertrauliche Werte zu schützen.

In Devolutions Cloud stellen Einträge mehrere benutzerdefinierte Felder bereit, die als sensibel markiert und über Variablen referenziert werden können, zum Beispiel beim Starten von Sitzungen aus Remote Desktop Manager unter Verwendung einer Devolutions Cloud-Datenquelle. Dies ermöglicht Szenarien wie das Speichern von Asset-Tags oder internen Ticket-IDs und deren Einfügen in Skripte, Vorlagen oder Berichte, ohne die zugrunde liegenden Werte offenzulegen.
