# Authentifizierung

Die Authentifizierung in Devolutions Cloud steuert, wie sich Benutzer bei der Devolutions Cloud-Instanz anmelden, und weist ihre Identität nach, bevor Zugriff gewährt wird. Administratoren können Optionen wie obligatorische Anmeldeaufforderungen, Sitzungs-Timeouts und Passwortkomplexität für die lokale Authentifizierung konfigurieren.

Devolutions Cloud unterstützt außerdem Single Sign-On mit Microsoft Entra ID oder Okta, sodass sich Benutzer mit ihrem Unternehmens-Identitätsanbieter authentifizieren können und dennoch von den spezifischen Sicherheitskontrollen von Devolutions Cloud profitieren. Die Authentifizierungseinstellungen sind mit Systemberechtigungen und -rollen verknüpft, sodass der effektive Zugriff eines Benutzers nach der Authentifizierung durch zentral verwaltete Richtlinien bestimmt wird.
