# Benutzerverwaltung

Die Benutzerverwaltung in Devolutions Cloud umfasst, wie Administratoren Personen einladen, gruppieren und Rollen zuweisen, sodass jeder Benutzer die passende Zugriffsebene erhält. In den Bereichen Administration – Benutzer und Benutzergruppen können Sie Benutzer per E-Mail einladen, sie Gruppen aus SSO zuordnen und Rollen anwenden, die Systemberechtigungen sowie Zugriff auf bestimmte Tresore gewähren.

Temporäre Passwörter und Eigentümerschaftsoptionen helfen dabei, neue Administratoren sicher einzurichten, während der Zugriff auf Begleitwerkzeuge festlegt, welche Clients sie verwenden dürfen, etwa Remote Desktop Manager oder Devolutions Password Manager. Beispielsweise könnten Sie eine Benutzergruppe Service Desk erstellen, ihr eine Rolle mit Nur-Lese-Zugriff auf Produktionstresore zuweisen und dann Analysten in diese Gruppe einladen, sodass ihr Zugriff bereits bei der ersten Anmeldung bereitsteht.
