# Lizenzen

Der Bereich ***Lizenzen*** in Devolutions Cloud zentralisiert die Registrierung und Zuweisung von Devolutions-Produktlizenzen, sodass Administratoren sehen können, wer für welche Tools berechtigt ist. Nach der Registrierung von Lizenzschlüsseln für Produkte wie Remote Desktop Manager, Devolutions Password Manager oder Devolutions Gateway können Administratoren einzelnen Benutzern über Administration – Lizenzen Plätze zuweisen.

Da die Lizenzierung an Devolutions Cloud gebunden ist, wird beim Deprovisionieren eines Benutzers oder beim Entziehen seines Zugriffs auch seine Anwendungsberechtigung entzogen. Ein typischer Workflow besteht darin, eine Remote Desktop Manager-Lizenz einmal in Devolutions Cloud zu registrieren und sie dann neuen Teammitgliedern zusammen mit dem Tresor-Zugriff zuzuweisen, sodass ihr Client bei der ersten Verbindung automatisch aktiviert wird.
