# Webhooks

Mit Webhooks kann Devolutions Cloud Echtzeit-Ereignisbenachrichtigungen an externe Systeme wie Chat-Tools, Ticketing-Plattformen oder Automatisierungsdienste übermitteln. Administratoren konfigurieren Webhook-Endpunkte und Ereignisbereiche, sodass Devolutions Cloud bei bestimmten Aktionen, etwa der Erstellung von Einträgen, Berechtigungsänderungen oder Genehmigungen für privilegierten Zugriff, eine strukturierte JSON-Payload an die Ziel-URL sendet.

Damit werden Devolutions Cloud-Ereignisse zu Automatisierungsauslösern. Beispielsweise kann ein Webhook ein Ticket eröffnen, wenn ein sensibler Tresor ein neues Mitglied erhält, in einem Chat-Kanal posten, wenn ein Passwort mit hohem Risiko ausgecheckt wird, oder ein Orchestrierungstool aufrufen, das zusätzliche Validierungsschritte einleitet. Webhooks ergänzen die integrierten Protokolle und Berichte, ersetzen sie jedoch nicht.
