# Opret og inviter brugere

Opret og inviter brugere til Devolutions Cloud via e-mail, tildel brugergrupper, og administrer håndteringen af midlertidige adgangskoder under kontooprettelsen.

Opret og inviter brugere til Deres Devolutions Cloud med deres e-mailadresse.

#### Inviter brugere

1. Gå til ***Administration – Brugere***.
2. Klik på ***Tilføj brugere***.
3. Skriv brugerens e-mailadresse.

Det er muligt at indsætte en liste over e-mailadresser på ***brugere***, der skal indgå i de samme [brugergrupper](/cloud/da/web-interface/administration/management/user-groups.md). Hver e-mailadresse skal være adskilt af et semikolon (;) eller et komma (,).

4. Tryk på Enter. Dette trin kontrollerer, om brugeren har en Devolutions Account:
   * Hvis ja, knyttes kontoen til Devolutions Cloud, og brugeren modtager en invitationsmail.
   * Hvis ikke, oprettes der automatisk en Devolutions Account med en ***midlertidig adgangskode***, og De kan vælge, hvordan den skal håndteres. De kan administrere, hvordan ***midlertidige adgangskoder*** håndteres, under ***Administration – Systemindstillinger – Generelt***.
5. Klik på ***Næste***.
6. Vælg yderligere ***indstillinger***.
7. Klik på ***Næste***.
8. Tildel ***brugergrupper***.

***Brugergrupper*** skal defineres på forhånd som en brugerdefineret gruppe i Devolutions Cloud. Se [Brugergrupper](/cloud/da/web-interface/administration/management/user-groups.md) for at få flere oplysninger.

9. Klik på ***Send invitation***.

Devolutions Cloud sender en e-mail med de vigtigste oplysninger til de inviterede brugere. Det er linket til Devolutions Cloud, invitations-id’et og nøglen.
