# Kan ikke få adgang til Devolutions Cloud, når krypteringstjenesten er aktiveret

Ret 500-fejlen, der blokerer adgangen til Devolutions Cloud, når krypteringstjenesten er aktiveret, ved at deaktivere den i Microsoft Azure Portal.

Der kan opstå en 500-fejl ved adgang til webgrænsefladen i Devolutions Cloud i miljøer, hvor krypteringstjenesten er konfigureret og aktiveret. Problemet hænger sammen med en kendt fejl, der blev indført i en nyere opdatering, og det påvirker specifikt udrulninger, der bruger krypteringstjenesten.

### Få adgang til Devolutions Cloud igen

For at gendanne adgangen til Devolutions Cloud skal De deaktivere krypteringstjenesten via Microsoft Azure Portal:

1. Gå til tjenesten ***Ressourcegrupper*** i Microsoft Azure Portal.
2. Find den ressourcegruppe, der indeholder krypteringstjenesten.
3. Klik på den krypteringstjeneste, der er knyttet til instansen af Devolutions Cloud.
4. Klik på ***Stop*** for at deaktivere den.

Når den er stoppet, bør adgangen til Devolutions Cloud være gendannet. Hvis De stadig ikke kan få adgang, skal De kontakte kundesupportteamet på <service@devolutions.net>.

### Oprydning i Azure-miljøet

For at holde Azure-miljøet rent og undgå yderligere problemer skal De opdatere konfigurationen af omdirigerings-URI:

1. Gå til tjenesten ***Appregistreringer*** i Microsoft Azure Portal.
2. Find det program, der indeholder krypteringstjenesten.
3. Klik på ***Godkendelse*** under ***Administrer*** i hovedmenuen.
4. Fjern eventuelle poster for krypteringstjenesten i sektionen ***Omdirigerings-URI’er***, og behold kun den oprindelige URI:

   ```
   https://login.devolutions.com/op/login/callback
   ```
5. Gem ændringerne.
