# Import and export

Import and export in Devolutions Cloud make it easier to onboard data from other password tools and back up or migrate entries between environments. From Help & tools, administrators and users with the right permissions can import CSV or JSON files generated by products like Bitwarden, KeePass, LastPass, 1Password, Google Chrome, or Remote Desktop Manager, directly into a destination vault and folder.

Export options, including a PowerShell script export type, allow scheduled exports of vault content to JSON or CSV for disaster recovery, offline analysis, or migration to a new Devolutions Cloud instance.
